Shipping

• Flat rate $7.99 anywhere in the United States, any order size.
• Free shipping on orders over $75.
• Free local pickup in Roslindale (Boston), MA — choose pickup at checkout and we email you when your order is ready.
• Local delivery within Boston: $25 — we hand-deliver to your home, office, school, or church anywhere in the city. Free on orders over $300.

Every item is printed to order. Orders are printed in 3–5 business days, then shipped via USPS (typically 2–5 business days in transit). You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number the moment it ships. Bulk and custom orders follow the timeline we agree on with your mockup — typically 7–10 business days after you approve the proof.

Returns & refunds

Wrong, damaged, or misprinted items

If we got it wrong, we make it right — free. Email massteeprint@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we reprint and reship at no cost (or refund you in full, your choice).

Ready-made shop items

Unworn, unwashed items from the Shop can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us for the return address; return shipping is on you unless the item was our error.

Custom & personalized items

Items printed with your custom text, names, or artwork are made just for you and are final sale — unless defective or misprinted, which we always replace free. That is why every custom order gets a free mockup for your approval before we print.

Sizing exchanges

Ordered the wrong size on a shop item? We exchange unworn items within 30 days — you cover return postage, we ship the new size free. Check the size chart below before ordering.

Our tees and hoodies are a unisex fit. Measurements are garment width (armpit to armpit, laid flat) and length (shoulder to hem).

Between sizes? Size up — heavyweight cotton relaxes a little but does not stretch out. Need 3XL or youth sizes? Contact us — we can source them for any order.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fill your order and answer your messages:

• Checkout (name, email, shipping address, payment) is processed by Snipcart and Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — Stripe handles payment on PCI-compliant infrastructure.
• Quote and contact forms (name, email, phone, order details, uploaded artwork) are delivered to us by Formspree and Netlify Forms.
• We use no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only cookies on this site come from the Snipcart cart itself.

We use your information solely to fulfill orders, send order updates, and reply to you. We never sell or share your information with anyone except the service providers above, who process it on our behalf. Artwork you upload is used only to print your order. To have your data deleted, email massteeprint@gmail.com and we will remove it from our records and ask our processors to do the same.

Terms of service

• Prices are in US dollars. Shop prices are as listed; custom and bulk work is quoted individually and confirmed by email before any payment.
• For custom orders, you confirm you own or have permission to use the artwork, names, and logos you send us. We do not print trademarked or copyrighted material without permission, and we may decline artwork at our discretion.
• Custom orders are printed only after you approve the mockup. Approved mockups are final — please check spelling, names, and numbers carefully.
• Colors on screen may differ slightly from printed fabric. Print placement may vary up to half an inch, which is normal for garment printing.
• Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
